We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Technology Recruitment to join our team. As the Head of Technology Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to our clients in the technology sector.
Location: Bangalore or Mumbai
Some of the key responsibilities will include :
- Lead, manage and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients in the technology sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing effective recruitment solutions.
- Identify, attract and recruit top talent for our clients in the technology sector.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain clients and candidates.
- Monitor and report on recruitment activity, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Provide support and guidance to team members, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and techniques to ensure the agency's competitiveness.
To be eligible for this role you will require :
- A proven track record of success in recruitment, with a focus on the technology sector.
- Previous experience in agency recruitment is essential.
- Must have a track record of being a high biller.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in managing and developing a team of recruiters.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
