Head - Technology Projects Delivery

Role reports to CTO

Location - Mumbai (Navi Mumbai)

- This role is accountable to setup & run Project Delivery function for delivering various Technology Infrastructure and IT-Security Projects under CTO function. Role is required to focus on setting up the function in line with Bank's PMO practices, stakeholder management, proposing appropriate technology - design - solutioning for the bank's need, Control around quality, timely delivery and budgets.

- Responsible for overseeing - monitoring & driving Projects Life Cycle including design sign-offs, representing in appropriate internal approval committees. Buidling & Guiding Team to achieve their targets by removing bottlenecks and ensure the delivery within agreed scope, time, cost and quality.

- Understand Business needs and ensure that design and delivery is aligned with Business Goals.

- Align the function with Bank's PMO framework.

- Enable Executive Dashboards, Business Reporting, visibility to stakeholders

- Manage Stakeholders, Escalations, Enable required support internally to ensure projects are not suffered

- Act as binding force between design team, operational team, project team & Business Team(7) Monitor and manage compliance to processes, policies and standards

- Any Project Management certifications like PMP, CAPM, Prince2, etc. (MUST)2. ITILv3 Certification 3. Technical certifications if any will be preferred.

- Strong Technology Background (especially Infrastructure, IT-Security Domain) with proven Project Execution experience and managing large teams in matrix environment. (2) Experience in various project delivery methodologies - Waterfall, AGILE, etc(2) Business Aligned, Cost and quality conscious.
