Looking for a highly experienced and technical professional for a Head of Technology role ONLY from HFT (High Frequency Trading) background or IB set-ups.

- You will be the key person interfacing with the business, redeveloping and modernising our internal applications and development methods.

- The position is based in Gurgaon and may require travel to the Company's offices in India and abroad.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES -

- 80% Management; 20% Development

- Collaborate with the product owners in the analysis and documentation of technical requirements and user stories for assigned features

- Design,code, review and test assigned features and user stories,

- Write and help others to write clean, efficient and quality code

- Critically review the code and ensure this skill is improved on across the team

- Commitment to producing well tested and documented code

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must be qualified from a leading educational institute with a very good academic record ideally from a Computer Science background. He or she must possess overall development experience with experience in financial services specifically in trading domain. 

In addition, he or she must have

- Experience leading a team of developers

- High level design and architecture skills. Must have the ability to come in and understand the entire ecosystem of applications and be able to architect and deliver improvements.

- Excellent understanding of .NET Core, C#, SQL databases and modern API architecture and tools R I Python , REST API,JSON

- Familiarity with Source Code Control Systems (esp. Gitlab)
