Role description - An opportunity to build and own your own engineering shop - Provide technical leadership, chalk-out and implement the vision, technology roadmap aligned with business goals - Lead an engineering team with 15+ engineers to own, drive &amp; deliver products on time - Architect and design technically robust, flexible and scalable solutions - Plan and deliver high quality projects on time Profile - 7 to 8 years of experience in building engineering products at scale, with at least 2 years of leading engineering teams - Strong platform and systems thinking with a preference for scale over hacking a quick workable solution - Hands-on experience in building scalable solutions with a track record of individual technical accomplishments - Preference for technical design and architecture over coding it yourself - Understand what it takes to lead high quality engineers and help them grow
