We are looking for a Head of Technology to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, prospects and customers to ensure growth of technical competencies in our organization and effective use of the technology for the benefits of our customers,

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.

Responsibilities

- Develop technical road map aligning with company's strategy and its business goals

- Provide technical strategy and solutions for customers and prospects, by working closely with them

- Provide technical support for business development through POCs, solutioning etc.

- Explore new technologies that yield competitive advantage and develop capability

- Grow the technical competencies of existing team

- Provide technical guidance and support to all teams in the organization

- Use stakeholders- feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Head of Technology or similar leadership role

- Excellent Knowledge of current technological trends and future direction of the industry

- Good aptitude for learning new technologies and tools, evaluating the same and implementing them if needed

- Experience in setting standards and implementing the same

- Proven track record in defining technical strategy, planning and solutioning

- Fully hands-on and willing to work with the rest of the organization in developing and enhancing their capabilities

- Experience in supporting business development

- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

- Excellent communication skills

- Leadership and organizational abilities

- Strategic thinking

- Problem-solving aptitude

- BSc/BCA/M.Sc/MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus

- 18+ years of experience

Experience in any two or more tracks:

- Microsoft technologies

- Java and related technologies

- Big Data / BI / Datawarehousing

- Mobile technologies

- Cloud
