Head - Technology

The incumbent will provide technology & product leadership to the organization. The applicant will -

- Deliver across the entire app life cycle -concept, prototype, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.

- Lead various Process improvements resulting in reduced risk, increased quality and faster delivery.

- Proactive Risk identification & mitigation while ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

- Work in an agile environment to design and implement new features based on business requirements.

- Define software development guidelines and best practices for the team.

- Help improve our code quality through managing process for unit tests, automation and performing code reviews.

- Create solutions on the Android platform integrated with several backend services and technologies.

- Manage the software development team and deliver a high quality product based on the business requirements.

- Guide the team members in resolving difficult technical issues.

- Facilitate Information technology and computer systems that support enterprise goals.

- Innovate, collaborate, balance the IT budget and motivate IT staff.

- Providing support in maintaining current applications.

- Analyze the market landscape, customers need and come up with leading product ideas.
