We are looking for Head Technical Support Marketing for one of the largest manufacturer and exporter of Colour & Additive Master Batches and Thermoplastic Compounds for the Plastic Processing Industry.

Department : Technical Support

Reports to : COO

Direct Reports GM-Technical Support (filler application), Manager -Technical support ( textile/PET application, Manager-Technical support (Film application), Executive-Technical Support

Education :

- M.Sc.(Polymer) /Degree or Diploma in Plastic Technology

Skills & Knowledge :

Necessary :

- Knowledge pertaining to production and testing of Masterbatch /Filler/Compounds

- Knowledge of the Company product line, product applications and competitor's products

- Knowledge of Customer Complaint Handling

- Knowledge of Softwares required for preparing technical documents

- Business acumen

- Analytical Skills

- Presentation Skills

- Communication Skills

- Interpersonal Skills

Preferred :

- Knowledge of latest product applications

- Knowledge of Latest technological developments in the field of plastic pertaining to Masterbatches etc

- Knowledge and experience of advanced testing like DSC, TGA, FTIR, SEM, Weathering .

- Knowledge of colour pigments and additives

Experience : - Experience in polymers/ polymer processing of at least 12 years
