Head - Teacher Training - Education

- Will be responsible for overseeing the design, development and delivery of training programme for teachers of primary, middle and high school teachers across all subjects.

- Monitor teacher performance, observe classes, schedule workshops as well as one on one training.

- Collaborate with teachers and trainers to improve curricula, lesson plans and classroom management techniques.

- Present and implement training modules with the help of audio visual means.

- Requirement : PhD in any subject/ education.

- Extensive teaching and training experience.

- Excellent Communication skills.

- Should be familiar with learning management systems ( Canvas, Blackboard, Absorb),digital learning software(Adobe Captivate, Articulate) and Microsoft Suites.
