Head - Taxation & Transfer Pricing - Corporate Tax Team - Financial Firm (10-15 yrs)
- The Tax and Transfer Pricing Specialist will be part of the Corporate Tax team.
- As such, the Tax and Transfer Pricing Specialist will be responsible for the yearly monitoring of processes and procedures, as well as provision of tax - legal analysis and recommendations in the following areas:
- Handling tax assessment and litigations
- Appearing before revenue authorities for tax submissions and hearings
- Handling all Direct tax related matters /queries
- Tax Structuring for mergers, acquisitions and divestments transactions
- Tax advocacy in various forums
- In-depth knowledge of Income Tax Act, evolving international tax concepts and transfer pricing. Working knowledge of GST law is required.
