Head - Taxation - Technology Firm - CA (10-15 yrs)
- Qualified CA with at least 10 years of work experience, out of which at least 6 years as Taxation specialist
- Proven track record of handling direct and indirect tax matters
- Good understanding of tax assessment procedures under Income Tax and have successfully handled scrutiny matters
- Experience of handling tax audit, transfer pricing and filing Corporate Tax Return of Income
- Exposure to international transaction involving royalty fees payment
- Expertise on POEM and PE Provisions
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP as well as accounting
