Head - Taxation - Retail (4-7 yrs)
Taxation Head
- Tax filing and assessments as per statutory due dates (both direct & indirect taxes)
- Ensure timely collection of refunds from tax authorities (for GST TCS, Income Tax TDS)
- Work with TSP in getting the inputs for tax return filing
- Monitor HSN code configuration at ASIN level on periodic basis
- Provide clarity to TSP on tax treatments related to TDS classification/ applicable rates etc
- Periodically review accumulated Input Tax Credit position across states and take corrective action to rebalance the same
- Organise financial records and put a process for document management for retrieving records during tax assessments
