- Our client is one of the largest private sector player in the Power & Infrastructure space.

Job Description :

- Leading the Group taxation team covering tax strategies for all businesses of the Group

- Managing the entire gamut of taxation including Direct Taxes, Transfer Pricing and Indirect Taxation

- Creating a pro-active and driven taxation system would be a significant factor in contributing to the ambitious plans of the Group

- Working closely with the leadership on matters related to Tax Planning, Advisory, Compliances and Litigation along with other relevant internal/external stakeholders

- Managing and customizing ERP systems to adhere to various taxation requirements

- Working/Liaising with Internal and Statutory auditors in regards to the audit requirements and ensuring proper review of Tax Audit details

- Supervising and monitoring tax compliances for all the Manufacturing Units, Project sites and Corporate office

Profile :

- Minimum 18-20 Years of experience in handling both Direct & Indirect Taxes

- Significant exposure in leading Taxation for a large sized businesses

- Proven work experience on designing and implementing tax strategies for India and other countries

- Hands-on experience on leading tax litigations

- Experience in using digitized systems
