Head Taxation for one of the International Consulting Firm (CA Qualified mandatory)

1. Lead advisory assignments on tax and regulatory matters such as providing advice on inbound investment structuring, cross border taxation, tax implications on transactions, transfer pricing, permanent establishment, secondment of employees, applicability of GST, applicability of FEMA on cross-border transactions, ESOPs etc. The person should have experience of preparing comprehensive formal advisory reports in ppt as well as word format. The person should have excellent tax law interpretation, communication and writing skills.

2. Lead, manage and deliver tax compliance of clients including withholding tax returns, periodic GST returns, tax computations, corporate tax return and transfer pricing compliances

3. Lead, manage and deliver need-based tax assignments such as GST refunds, tax assessments, tax exemption applications, tax due diligence/ health checks, etc.

4. Lead coordination with tax auditors and practicing CAs on assignments such as tax audit, GST audit, transfer pricing studies etc.

5. Lead, manage and deliver customs duty assignment with the assistance of third party vendors.

6. Support in delivery of regulatory and business advisory assignments on India regulatory landscape including company law, FEMA, FCRA, Stamp Duty, SEBI etc.

7. 10+ years of post-qualification experience in the field of tax with minimum 5+ years of experience in working for foreign clients/ organisations.

8. Must be open to travel.
