Head - Taxation - FMCG (6-10 yrs)

Position - Head Taxation.

Qualification - CA / MBA in Finance.

Location - Indore.

Job Role

- Should be expert in Indirect Taxation.

- Overall responsibility of Indirect Taxation of the Company which includes TDS, Service tax workings.

- Preparing Management reports for tax compliance for all statutory issues including PT, PF, ESI, LBT, Entry tax etc.

- Payment of Advance taxes by Preparing provisional Financial Statements. Filing of Income Tax Returns of all companies.

- Taking care of Company's Income Tax and Service tax issues. Liaison with Govt Authorities.

-Identify areas of tax optimization and support business on various initiatives.

- Responsible for completion of tax audits, transfer pricing audits, taking positions in income tax returns within the due date.

- Handling all assessments as well as managing litigation and appeals at different levels under income tax, service tax, VAT and excise laws.

- As an Indirect Tax Manager you will be an integral part of the Finance team who would be managing the overall taxation activities for India Entity (Indirect Taxes)

- You will also be monitoring compliance under Indirect tax regulations, managing changes to Indirect Tax regulations, Responsible for Tax Assessments / Audits under the various Indirect Tax regulations, supports requirements associated with the month-end financial close & Investment processes
