Head - Taxation - FMCG (12-15 yrs)
We are looking for a Head - Taxation for a Large FMCG, based at Mumbai.
CA/MBA in Finance from Premiere Business schools with 12-15 years of work exp. in the field of Taxation ( both Direct & Indirect ) in an FMCG of repute.
This is a leadership role managing and heading the Taxation for the organisation in India. The incumbent will be responsible for the corporate tax compliance (both direct and indirect), including transfer pricing compliance, and UK / US tax legal reporting.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop the Taxation as a part of the Global Tax Organization
- Managing the stakeholders both internally and externally ( Regulatory Authorities )
- Provide management and direction for the team.
- Develop most efficient and cost-effective tax accounting support for the business
- Manage the process of preparation and review of tax computations, to ensure timely submission to the authorities.
- Provide tax advice & support to the business against each aspect of tax, including local transfer pricing etc.
- Reporting - USGAAP & SOX.
- Provide input to the development of tax reporting and accounting policies and processes.
