Head - Taxation - Global Financial Services Company

Our client, a global financial services company is looking for a Group Head- Taxation in their Mumbai office.

Key responsibilities :

1. Manage the entire tax function, both Direct and Indirect (GST) tax for the group

2. Manage compliances, litigations, filings for the company

3. Work closely with Business functions for tax advisory, opine on business proposals from a tax and regulatory view-point

4. Handle double taxation, repatriations/ implications of the same, international tax exposure (limited)

Ideal Candidate :

1. CA mandatory

2. Has independently handled the entire tax function (both direct and indirect tax) for the Company for atleast 2 years

3. Has been with a financial services company/ payments' company/ banks (Financial services space)

4. Excellent communication skills
