Head - Taxation - Financial Services (10-15 yrs)
Looking for Head - Taxation with a leading Financial Services Company to be based at Mumbai.
Job Description:
- Advise business on business arrangements regarding relevant tax/regulatory implications and structuring opportunities
- Working with various support teams for corporate reorganisations, business arrangement and tax planning
- Key member of the Finance team for various projects related to Merger, Loan realignments, Business restructuring
- Regular review of activities and annual compliance thereafter to ensure that appropriate and available tax benefits are availed by the company
- Ensuring timely and appropriate tax compliance - advance tax, quarterly audit for listing purposes, withholding tax, filing of annual returns, GST compliance process etc.
- Doing analysis and preparing submissions for income tax assessments, TDS assessments, appeals and show-cause notices
- Doing analysis and preparing submissions for Indirect tax assessments for Service Tax, VAT and GST, appeals and show-cause notices
Requirements:
Experience of 10-15 years Experience in Direct and Indirect Tax compliance, Return requirements, Assessments. Experience in Financial Services will be an added advantage.

CA, MBA/PGDM - Finance
