Job Description : - The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in tax advisory and compliance.&nbsp; - The&nbsp;candidate must have prior experience of advising foreign organisations operating in India,&nbsp;particularly from international tax standpoint. - The candidate should be inclined to lead on a team on diversified tax portfolio including various fields of tax but not limited to direct tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, international taxation and other tax related guidelines. In particular, should have expert level technical knowledge of Direct tax and GST law.&nbsp; - The person should also have intermediate level knowledge and understanding of Indian foreign exchange control regulations and guidelines, particularly their&nbsp;applicability in regard to foreign investments into India. - The person should be self-driven and should have the ability to lead a strong and dynamic&nbsp;team of qualified professionals. - The person should be active team player who is willing to&nbsp;provide new ideas and take the lead in implementing them.&nbsp; - The person should be ambitious&nbsp;and eager to grow and expand area of expertise. - The person should be confident with&nbsp;excellent communication and presentation skills.
