Job Description :


- Taking care of the whole gamut of taxation for the conglomerate


- Have good amount of experience in Indian taxation

Client Details :

Our client is one of the oldest and well known Indian conglomerate with operations across the globe.

Description :

Reporting into the Group CFO, you will be responsible for:

- Direct and Indirect Taxation


- International tax and Transfer pricing


- Representing the company in various appellate levels


- Lead the tax planning for the group


- Have handled litigation

Profile :

- CA with 10-15 years experience in taxation


- Well versed with both direct and indirect tax


- Strong experience in International tax, transfer pricing and hands on experience in computation of income, filling tax and TDS returns


- Candidate should be familiar with regulations of EOU/SEZ
