Head - Taxation - Auto/Manufacturing (15-20 yrs)
The Tax manager is responsible for Direct and indirect tax Compliance, Audits, scrutiny's and litigation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of tax professionals to ensure that all Direct and indirect tax matters are complied with :
- Timely filling of tax returns
- Tax planning
- Transfer pricing Documentation and litigations
- Supporting businesses to ensure there are no tax leakages
- Group reporting compliance
- Support statutory Audit
- Collaborate with other finance functions for positive outcome in various projects
- Qualified CA with minimum of 15 years- experience working within a MNC company and leading a team
