Head - Taxation & Accounts - CA - Family Owned Group (15-18 yrs)
Job Title : Head Taxation and Accounts for a diversified family owned Group
Reporting to : Director Finance
Core Responsibilities:
Leading Direct and Indirect Taxation Department for the Group:
- Liaison with government authorities
- Tax planning and implementation of the same
- Attending tax assessment
- International Taxation including withholding Tax (DTAA knowledge) and Transfer Pricing.
Other Responsibilities: Supervising the Accounts Function
- Finance and Accounting Operations
- Internal audit and internal control.
- Budgetary Control
- Effective Fund Management
- Monthly & Annual MIS
- Documentation and participation in negotiation for M&A transaction
Candidate Profile
- Qualified CA with 15 + years (At least 5 years in capacity of Head of Department - Taxation and Accounts)
- Expert in all aspect of Income tax law including international taxation
- Hands on experience of Accounting work and related aspect including IND AS.
- Should have knowledge of GST
- Skilled in Ms office/ Tally /ERP
- Experience of handling different aspect of regulatory agreements including M&A transaction
- Good at lateral thinking and generating ideas on different subject
- Strong drive, with leadership qualities complemented by being a team player
- An outward-looking, people-oriented personality with good communication skills
