Job Description : - Heading end to end Tax activities and responsibilities while handling 4/5 reportees - Hands-on experience in GST compliance - Managing Tax Assessments and Appeals: Direct and Indirect Tax-Handled Service Tax/Excise Audits - Obtaining registrations under various Statutory Laws - Ensuring Filing of GST/Indirect tax, Income tax and TDS returns. - Managing and customizing ERP systems to adhere to various taxation requirements. - Exposure in FMCG/Conusmer Durables industry preferred - Reviewing Tax Audit details - Handling statutory compliance relating to direct &amp; indirect taxes - Liaising with internal and statutory/tax auditors on audit requirements. - Liaising with external consultants on closure of tax related matters - Should have handled Transfer Pricing cases of cross border transactions
