Job Description - Reporting into the Group CFO, you will be leading the entire tax function for the group.

Description

Reporting into the Group CFO, you will be responsible for:

- Direct and Indirect Taxation



- International tax and Transfer pricing




- Representing the company in various appellate levels




- Lead the tax planning for the group

Profile

- CA with 10-15 years experience in taxation




- Well versed with both direct and indirect tax




- Strong experience in International tax, transfer pricing and hands on experience in computation of income, filling tax and TDS returns




- Candidate should be familiar with regulations of EOU/SEZ
