Responsibilities -
1. Design talent management framework for high potential employees - this will cover the following:
a) Setting program objectives
b) Designing evaluation criteria and process for identification of top talent
c) Creating individual development plans for top talent and ensuring implementation
d) Working closely with CEO and CHRO to manage career path for top talent and also build succession plan for critical roles
