Talent Management :
- Effectively partnering the Business to identify Talent gaps address the needs
- Talent Management programs and processes to be designed and built and run for the business
- Actively engage with the respective leaders on the succession planning, key talent readiness and individual plan progress
- To design and implement strategies that will help develop and retain high-performing employees
OD :
- Design, implement and maintain the methodology for the job creation and the job evaluation
- Design, implement and maintain the systems and processes for the job creation, job evaluation, organizational structure design and organizational change rules
- Design, implement and maintain the rules for the organizational structure creation
- Effectively build the Leadership assessment and development framework.
- Design and implement the career mapping for key talent and emerging leaders.
- Design the job creation training for managers and HR Business Partners
- Leadership Development
Desired Work Experience / Qualification :
1) Total 12 - 18 years of work experience with strong experience in the areas of Talent Management and Organization Development
2) Candidates from Strong pedigree / Premier B-School (TISS / XLRI etc.) preferred.
