Head - Talent Management & Organization Development - Pharma (4-10 yrs)

Our client is a leading MNC pharmaceutical company based in Pune.

Job Purpose:

- Ensure preparation, implementation of various HR & organizational development processes.

- Carry out various analyses, surveys on organizational climate, engagement & prepare appropriate reports & action plans

- Identify talent, assess potential & coordinate with the line managers for deployment

- Plan for Talent Development

- Internal Communication

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implements appropriate strategies, such as: leadership development; service excellence; employee engagement and culture enhancement.

- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars & do HR presentations.

- Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals, recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

- Conducts performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.

- Maintain Career Tracking Program

- Responsible for handling all related job responsibilities in accordance to Organizational Design

- Responsible for observing and evaluating required competencies among employees in their respective functional areas

- Help line managers to prepare the development plan and provide necessary support to close the gap

- Prepare and/or coordinate with other departments on any documentation required in support of the Organizational Development & Talent Development

- Ensure timely assessment, deployment, and utilization of talent pool & maintain updated record.

- Maintain talent matrix of the Organization

Requirements:

Education: MBA - HR

 Experience: 4 + years of experience in HR
