Head - Talent Management & Organization Development - Online/Internet - XLRI/TISS/FMS/MDI (4-8 yrs)

Reporting to the Head HR with a team of 4 direct reports, your roles & responsibilities will include:

- Strategizing and Leading all Talent development interventions for the organization which will include Talent Acquisition (both campus and lateral hiring), capability development, employer branding, Diversity & Inclusion, L&D, Talent management, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs

- Leading & driving Talent management process with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building

- Ensure robust Talent Acquisition framework (both campus & lateral hiring) with proactive pipeline for positions across the organization

- Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent

- Drive strong visibility of the brand through enhanced employer branding and introduce Diversity & Inclusion agenda firm wide

Education and Experience

- 5-8 years of strong experience in Talent management, Learning and Development; Organizational development; Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion

- MBA from a Tier 1 B school is mandatory

- You should have been in leadership positions and should be comfortable with leading teams
