Head-Talent Management & OD

Reporting into the Chief Human Resource Officer, the person will be responsible for an end to end role requiring both design as well as implementations with a small team support. The role will be responsible for design and delivery of the learning and development plan for individuals to ensure they have the capabilities needed to succeed in this unique environment. The role is responsible for Culture Building, Talent Management and other organization wide OD interventions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify leadership development needs at the organizational, functional and individual level and design programs and interventions to address these.

- Implement training and OD programs for the company across functions

- Design and implement leadership development interventions including Mentoring, Coaching, Training programs, Cross functional roles, project based roles and Subject Matter Experts to suit needs at various levels.

- Design and implement OD related tools and leadership surveys that indicate the climate and other metrics of organization health. Champion and drive OD interventions across the functions

- Develop and promote both behavioural and functional based competency related behaviours

- Design competency mapping for diverse roles in varied functions of the business.

- Promote and reinforce the culture of rewarding and recognizing the right behaviours. Identify and design appropriate tools for rewarding and recognizing employees.

- Manage all levels of stakeholders demonstrating strong business partnering skills, accountability for the delivery of fit for purpose solutions and the ability to challenge, influence and make informed recommendations on an ongoing basis

Minimum Level of Education Required Area of Specialization Why is it required?

Post Graduate or equivalent experience Preferably MBA Business, HR Management, Psychology, Economics . Training, Organisation Development, A strong knowledge base of HR combined with broader business issues and the ability to speak at a peer level with Functional Leaders on relevant topics.
