Our client is a leading FMCG brand based out of Delhi NCR, with a strong multi-channel national footprint.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Creating development plan HIPOs across levels
2. Developing talent assessment frameworks including running assessment and development centres
3. Creating performance improvement plans for those not performing at an optimum level
4. Building the competency framework for the organisation, contextualising it across functions and levels
5. Conducting succession planning exercises for senior leadership positions
6. Creating a charter to revamp the learning and development function of the company from the ground up
7. Serving as the process owner for mid-year and annual appraisal cycles
8. Leading a team of young L&D/TM professionals
The ideal candidate should come with:
1. 10+ years of experience in talent development, talent management and learning and development
2. A strong command over the entire spectrum of talent management including talent identification and talent development
3. Preferred background in consulting/PEV firms/large-scale organizations with a robust capability-building architecture
