Position Overview

- To design and deliver global Talent and Leadership Development interventions that support the execution of business strategies and enhance business performance at both global and regional levels.

- Strategic Talent Management: Development and execution of strategies, processes, and programs to ensure the right people in the right jobs at the right time to achieve expected business results and strategies. Serve as program manager for key talent management processes including alignment with Corporate and platform HR leadership, planning, execution, providing guidance and training to HR Team on annual processes.

General Responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities

- Talent Management: Career Management, Individual Development Planning, Leadership Development Planning, Succession planning.

- Annual talent review and succession planning process OTA (Organizational Talent Assessment): Ensuring robust communication, training, team calibration sessions and follow up on action items throughout the year. Champion strategic talent actions development.

- KPI improvement responsibilities include reduction of white space in succession planning and increasing senior leader and key talent pools. Maintaining data in Workday related to talent reviews, succession planning, etc

- Organization Development & Change Management: Facilitating Change Management projects i.e. Organizational Re-engineering and Restructuring; Implementation of new PMS Process. Employee Satisfaction & Engagement Survey, planning for behavioral and technical interventions.

- Organization Re-structuring: Handling organization Re-engineering and Restructuring project.

- Capability Development: Facilitating Assessment Centers and Leadership Development Programme for Business Leaders.

- Learning & Development: Training needs assessment, preparing and execution of yearly L&D calendar. End to end management of L&D Vendor, Content and Logistics for the Training Programmes. Development of re-training and m-training platforms.

- Employee Engagement: Planning and organizing various employee engagement activities at PAN India level.

- Policy and process review and implementation: Exiting Process Mapping on revised Policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Post-Graduation: Masters in MBA

- Additional executive programs from TOP B-Schools (Not mandatory )

- Additional qualification in Law, IR etc (Not mandatory )
