A fast growing IT consulting firm is seeking to hire the undrsaid
Role: Head of HR - Talent Acquisition, Talent management and talent Operations
Location: Pune, work from office
Years of experience: 15 to 20 years
Should have
- Worked across all 3 functions of TA, TM and TO
- Head of HR role played for a large Business Unit or Organisation of atleast 300+ associates
- Good experience in playing HR BP role with competence in Comp and Ben. Also expertise in atleast one more CoE
- Should have had hands on experience in TA for atleast 3-5 years
- MBA from one of top 1 or 2 tier institutes, Prior UG preferably in Engineering (IT)Area

- Enable the business with right talent in terms of skills, attitude and potential
- Find and onboard leaders into the organisation
- Create a presence in the industry - Sustainable growth from 500 to 1500
- Find leaders who will accelerate growth aligned to culture and vision
- Reduce the cost of talent acquisition by creating a brand There is a 8 member TA team in place
ATS in use :
Talent Management - Propagate culture
- Manage induction for faster onboarding
- Nurture talent , enable L&D to meet business needs
- Create Performance driven culture
- Leadership development
- GPTW Brand, engage with industry - Attrition less than 10%
- Meritocracy
- Leadership roles filled through internal movement
- Keep C&B costs competitive
- Brand recall in industry There is a 5 member TM team in place
Digitisation of major HR processes has been completed:
Talent Operations - Run efficient HR processes:
- Enable Data driven decisions
- Timely execution of HR processes
- Little or no grievance because of HR processes
- Systems and Metrics to drive decisions
- Employee friendly Payroll and finance processes leading to higher ESS Digitisation currently enables self service using HRMS platform
Overall - Create an integrated HR Strategy, roadmap, operating model:
- Create and manage budget for function
- Engage the Management layer
- Improving Investor readiness
- Part of Leadership team - Buffer between Management team and CXO layer
- Focussed brand building working with Marketing
Professional marketing organisation in place which will enable brand building.
