Executive Hiring is looking for a HR Talent as Director managing the Talent & Learning for a Global MNC, based at Bangalore.
Post Grad in HR / PMIR from XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI/ SIBM etc with 7-9 years of Post Qualification exp in a Consumer Tech, Start Ups, CPG managing Talent Devp and Learning are mandatory.
The role :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and People Transformation initiatives
- Manage People Cycle: Performance evaluation, Engagement, Competencies appraisal
- Manage recruitment and selection process
- Develop employer branding strategy and implementation
- Develop and implement D&I strategies and actions
- Support future and current business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation.
- Nurture a positive working environment by planning and executing engagement action plan
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
