Head - Talent & Culture - Executive Search Firm (8-12 yrs)
Head Talent & Culture will report directly to Founder & CEO. He/she generally works with considerable independence, developing processes to accomplish objectives in alignment with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Development of Human Resources and Training budget
- Encourages the development of employees to achieve their highest potential
- Creates and implements an integration and training strategy that brings efficiency to employee performance
- Supports operations and assists in achieving ambassador and guest satisfaction goals
- Coaches management on handling and resolving performance issues
- Manage and implement the performance appraisal review system
- Interviews, selects, trains, appraises, coaches, counsels, and disciplines departmental managers according to company standards
- Evaluate changes and trends in market compensation and makes recommendations
- Measures employee satisfaction through surveys, round tables, and one-on-one with employees
- Participate in team-building activities that might include physical exercises
Requirements :
- Minimum of 8 years Human Resources management experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
- Ability to support and stimulate cultural changes within the company
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytical skills
- Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software)
- English well has spoken & written
