Position : Head-Talent Acquisition (Leading Travel & Leisure company)
Role:
- Manage Talent Acquisition for the various businesses and support functions of the company
- Work closely with business leaders on talent strategy
- Preparing monthly dash boards and meeting recruitment related KPI
- Handle the Vendor management process
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, HR discussion, offer negotiation, fitment etc.
- Continuous Process improvement
- Manage Internal Job postings, Employee referral and Campus Hiring Program
- Managing a team
Requirements :
- 10-15 yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Should have experience in handling talent acquisition for businesses and support functions
- Should have experience in Leadership hiring
- Should have led a team
Location: New Delhi/NCR
