Head - Talent Acquisition - Travel

We are looking for Talent Acquisition head for one of the Travel Company ($100 M) based in Gurgaon.

Location: Gurgaon

Preference will be given to people those who are currently working in NON-IT Companies.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for creating and driving Talent Acquisition Strategy & Headcount Budgeting for the year.

- Lead the internal talent acquisition team & External vendors

- Drive and create talent acquisition initiatives like Diverse talent within the organization

- Lead Senior Management orientation for the group

- Create and execute a strategy for Employer Branding

- Campus hiring and engagement

Desired Skillset:

- Minimum 7-12 years of Experience in TA

- High on energy, passion, & analytical

- Business Acumen

- Team Management
