Head - Talent Acquisition (PAN India Role- Corporate Office based) Reporting to : Chief HR Officer Role : Emphasis on determining the current manpower needs of the Business Unit and developing TA strategies and hiring plans along with Employer branding initiatives. KRA : - Completing all permanent manpower requirements of the Organisation with good planning, strategy and TAT. - Working closely with the Senior Leadership team to handle end to end TA, - Attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations and onboarding. - Analyzing external market, industry mapping, best practices to further improve the recruitment process - Designing role spec/ JDs with leaders/hiring managers as a part of the process. - Fulfilling Business TAT in closing the positions. - Creation and reporting of lead and Lag measures of TA performance in the metrics PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOUR MBA/MASTERS(PSYCHOLOGY) DEGREE IS TWO YEAR FULL TIME
