Roles & Responsibilities :

- Strategize and deliver on Tech Hiring needs within the Organization.

- The role holder would lead a team of recruitment specialists to deliver on the job.

- Develop a strategy for the organization's IT hiring needs and implement it.

- The role holder would oversee the performance of a group of recruitment experts. The team would be able to identify the various hiring needs throughout the organisation and meet them within the allotted delivery times while adhering to the norms of quality.

- To help develop the plan around acquiring talent for their respective units, the TA leader would collaborate closely with senior business leaders.

- The incumbent would need to utilise TA measurements in the day-to-day activities of TA delivery, which would require a solid understanding of TA metrics.

- Assist in building talent pools for various technical function roles. Create a strong global network of appropriate vendor partners.
