Head - Talent Acquisition/Talent Management - FMCG/BPO/Auto (5-12 yrs)
- Handling the entire gamut of talent acquisition-related activities pan India with a focus on providing exemplary candidate experience.

Talent Development
a) Support the HR Head with the Organizational Review/ Organizational Assessment/ Organization Design for functions supported.
b) Support the HR Head with Talent Review Process and follow-ondevelopment/succession planning efforts.
c) Facilitate Change Management as necessary and appropriate
d) Talent planning, assessment & career velocity - able to track top talent, actively develop that talent, increase succession and ensure we grow their careers
