- Key Responsibility is Talent Acquisition.

- Candidate should be a right mix of Strategic Orientation and hands-on Operations.

- Should be able to lead a team of Internal Recruiters working on junior to mid-level on-roll mandates as well as have a good understanding of the Employee Value Proposition, Employer Branding, etc.
