Mandatory:
1) Person must be from Staffing industry (atleast 1-2 companies in the past)
2) Should be comfortable to work in US/UK shift
3) Should handled the bulk hiring and should have hired for internal requirements (Able to hire Technical Recruiters/Sales persons/Delivery Managers/Account Managers/proposal writers) and not specifically doing delivery manager role where he or she is responsible for hiring technical people for US clients. This role need to hire internally for the teams either through Campus or Lateral hiring.
Job Responsibilities
Lateral Hiring
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Lead all sourcing strategies to cater to all internal requirements for Noida, Bangalore and Chandigarh office
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
- Manage Team of Recruiters and Process Trainers
- Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools and drive referral programs
- Review all performance annually and compare efficiency of strategies with drafted plans
Campus Hiring and Training
- Prepare strategies/presentations about the Company to attract Talent through Campus hires. Company brochures, job descriptions and other materials should be current and up to date at all times
- Administer all on campus recruitment; prepare appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview processes
- Communicate and coordinate with all internal stakeholders to select appropriate candidate and serve as a SPOC
- Develop and supervise compliance to budget for campus hiring and recruitment activities
- Train all campus hires on company's internal policies, procedures and organization /culture in order to be productive from day one
- Train hires as per company culture and make them aware about US culture and employment model.
- Analyze local market and provide all information on the same to the Management.
Branding & Market Intelligence
- Maintain and manage the market intelligence about potential candidates which can be future assets to the company
- Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
- Attend career and college fairs, and similar events in order to promote and educate others about Cogent offerings and encourage them to join the company
- Maintain knowledge on all market attributes and assist departments to prepare long term recruitment strategies
The Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in HR) from a reputed institute
- Eight plus years of progressive experience in relevant discipline
- Well connected within Staffing Industry and knows basic nuances of recruitment cycle within the Staffing industry
- Ability to manage a hiring process to ensure that the staffing needs of the company are fully met
- Should be an excellent team leader and player
- Excellent oral and written communication in English is a pre-requisite for this position
