Job purpose:
We are HIRING Head Talent Acquisition (Head - TA) - Staffing for our client - a Staffing Firm backed by world-renowned investors such as Samara Capital, Goldman Sachs and Janchor Partners with an objective of building a leading Human Resources and Services organization.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for Talent Acquisition across multiple clients for Temp hiring business.
- Leading, managing, and the mentoring team of recruiters.
- Provide leadership to the sourcing process through all related channels of recruitment like vendors, internal referral, job sites, media campaigns.
- Responsible and accountable for the team's target achievements in terms of number of hiring within the required timelines and budgetary specifications.
Weekly interaction with Business Heads to handle the hiring demand and strategize the recruitment need for potential deal wins and create a funnel for fulfillment.
- Responsible for monitoring and driving talent acquisition metrics: Offer to Join ratio, Client Satisfaction.
- Ensuring recruiting process, interviews, and documentation are in compliance with the defined guidelines.
- Representing recruitment function to all new clients during Sales Pitch as well as to existing customers to manage any recruitment-related queries.
- Manage various branch recruiters and guide the Branch Managers on recruitment-related issues and concerns.
Experience - 8 to 20 Years
