Designation/Role: Talent Acquisition - Head

Location: Gurgaon/ / If Other Cities shall be open to travel for ~3 days a month

Working Days: 5

Mode of Work: WFH

Total Experience 5-12Years

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with various teams to develop Manpower Planning in the company

- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategies & plans including building a strong talent acquisition team

- Lead a team of Recruiters and guide them to achieve the open mandate in time.

- Collaborate with various recruitment agencies to fill positions on schedule

- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

- Plan & gamify employee referral programs

- Help us identify the best ATS and Recruitment Marketing tools

- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast

- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests, etc.)

- Ensure a high level of candidate experience during the entire process, upholding the Shipsy brand

- Suggest measures for improving employee retention

- Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles

- Determine HR and recruiting KPIs

Requirements :

- 5+ years of recruitment experience including the last few as Talent Acquisition Manager

- Minimum 2-3 years experience hiring in startups

- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques

- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests, etc.)

- Experience with ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools

- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Experience dealing with specialist recruitment agencies

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications :

- Masters in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field.

- Company : Series B Funded SAAS Logistics Platform.
