Head - Talent Acquisition & Retention (International)

- Responsible for creating and driving the strategy around full life cycle recruiting, to include recruitment, branding, sourcing, relationship management, and retention. This position will support continued success of the company through strategic talent planning and acquisition for leadership and other critical roles within the organization. This position reports to the Whole Time Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy recruiting and sourcing strategies that cultivate a high performance environment and ensure that the company creates a best in class talent network.

- Create, organize, and implement strategies and supporting initiatives that will improve and transform the overall talent acquisition process and quality of hiring within the organisation.

- Brand and establish the organization as an employer of choice in the marketplace.

- Conduct Stay and Exit Interviews and provide quarterly analysis.

- Develop and execute best-in-class practices for end-to-end candidate experience, inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

- Partner with Co's leadership team to translate business strategies into human capital needs and overall strategic workforce plans, assessing future skill requirements and developing appropriate talent strategies.

- Lead the recruitment technology platform strategy and ensure full optimization, utilization, enhancements and continuous improvement of the applicant tracking system (ERP) and other recruitment tools.

- Tracks open positions and measures the success of the recruiting process.

- Ensure compliance with Organisation diversity policies and affirmative action plan.

- Utilize various sourcing strategies to include: social media platforms, job boards, data mining techniques, job fairs and community recruitment events, university recruitment events, university career offices, referrals, and networking, while continually identifying new pipelines through research.

- Participate in succession planning programs and integrate search activity to align with the succession plans and talent/competency gaps.

- Oversee and manage candidate relationship/experience through the use of appropriate data platforms and consistent and persuasive communication.

- Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development with focus of being consultative and strategic to the business while raising the bar on recruiting performance.

- Provide accurate, up to date, and informative recruitment dashboard.

- Continuous measurement and improvement of the recruitment process through recruiting metric collection, analysis, and goal setting.

- Educate leadership team and management on recruiting trends, and recommend new approaches that allow Organisation to cultivate a diverse pipeline of talent for current and future needs.

- Demonstrate an understanding of current related legislation, recommending new procedures and conduct training, as necessary.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualification And Experience:

i. 8+ years related experience in Talent Acquisition & Retention & Having Experience of Recruiting at International Locations.

ii. Experience facilitating organizational transformation.

iii. Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building, and decision making skills.

iv. Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in an evolving team environment.

v. Ability to complete multiple tasks and manage strategic priorities.

vi. Superior customer service, negotiation, and closing skills.

vii. Results-oriented mindset and expectations.

viii. Demonstrated expertise in selection/assessment skills.

ix. A passion for inclusion.

x. Self-starter.
