Theme of the Role:  - The incumbent would be responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans at the Group People Office for a large (~ Rs. 28,000 Crore Sales) enterprise, with plans to grow exponentially.  The incumbent will therefore:  - Act as a key source of getting the right talent and building a pool of people talented and culturally aligned individuals to achieve Group's Vision 2021  - Partner with business leaders to identify and strategize on their hiring needs.   Key Deliverables :  - Design, develop and execution of recruitment strategy this includes talent pipeline development, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.  - Assist with both internal and external hiring process  - Monitor and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process  - Conduct job interview for hiring of niche skills across company  - Design & develop Job Description and other recruitment template for standardization across the group  - Formulate various Talent Acquisition policies, processes, practices for company  - Play a vital role in revamping the career portal and building a robust applicant tracking systems to track applicants and create a strong internal database  - Build a quality relationship with the internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners / vendors
