Client :
A young, high energy, high intellect multi-country Financial Advisory firm having offices in Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Europe
The Opportunity :
- Lead and execute the Recruitment Strategy
- Design and oversee company's hiring process
- Own end-to-end hiring process, numbers & metrics
- Manage team, vendors, ATS etc
- Create Talent pipelines and forecast future needs
- Employer Brand Management
The Need:
- PG/MBA/MTech/BTech
- 12+ years in Talent Acquisition
- 3+ years of Heading TA
- Have led TA Strategy & execution
- Have worked with Financial Services, Startups, New age organizations, innovative Orgns
- Have done quick ramp ups in a challenging environment
- Have good experience on Stake-holder management
- Have excellent communication skills

- The budgets for this would be around 50-80 LPA
