- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy and optimize recruitment cost.
- Collaborate with Business heads, functional head, line and HR managers to keep abreast of business expectations.
- Effectively manage all touch points to achieve a great candidate on-boarding experience.
- Lead timely and quality recruitment as per SLA.
- Strive to continuously enhance recruitment processes in line with best industry practices.
- Leverage technology to enhance recruitment process and implement paperless recruitment.
- Prepare, review and ensure adherence to Co | Bu | Fu | department policies and SOPs (as applicable)
- Perform the role of people manager.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS and CAPEX projection.
