About our client: Our client is one of the fastest growing companies in the Manufacturing Engineering space. As a part of their growth trajectory in India, they are looking to hire a leader in Human Resource space. As a part of the core HR leadership you will provide support and leadership to drive the TA and OD strategy and ensure seamlessness and consistent employee experience on people processes.

As a part of the Human Resource team, your responsibilities would include the following:

- Heading Talent Acquisition. Handle RPO.

- Experience in Leadership Hiring and managing Sr level candidates is must.

- Leading the strategic development of organizational effectiveness, leadership, staff engagement, and culture change aligned to the HR strategy.

- Works across the organization and stakeholders to gain strategic alignment.

- Evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current strategies, plans & Programs.

- Regularly analyze the organization design and structures and identify the improvement areas.

- Stakeholder Management.

The Successful Applicant:

- Strong in Talent Acquisition, Leadership hiring, can manage Sr. level stakeholders and candidates, can manage RPO.

- Experience in Organization development/Effectiveness etc.

Education: MBA in HR (Tier 1 college is preferred)

Budget: Maximum 50 Lacs (To be offered)

Diversity candidate preferred.
