Head - Talent Acquisition - Online/Internet (10-20 yrs)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our team in India. As a key member of the HR Leadership team, you will be responsible for transforming the Talent Acquisition function and establishing a new TA operating model. This role requires driving strategic initiatives such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Demand Planning, and Proactive Hiring to ensure efficient recruitment efforts and secure top talent in India to support the organization's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive TA strategy for India that attracts a diverse pool of potential talents through proactive market research, effective branding campaigns, job marketing initiatives, employee referral programs, and key university partnerships.

2. Establish and enhance strategic relationships with targeted universities through a structured engagement plan involving leadership engagement, events, partnerships, campaigns, and branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice.

3. Collaborate closely with the MO and Region to drive the Outperformer program and align external strategic hiring with the Talent Management team's succession strategy.

4. Implement a new TA operating model with a focus on defined processes/SOPs, reducing time-to-fill, enhancing candidate experience, and leveraging technology platforms such as Workday, Umantis, Beamery, and Pymetrics.

5. Build proactive talent pipelines to expedite hiring and develop internal sourcing capabilities.

6. Devise and implement a strategy to increase the hiring of diverse profiles within the organization.

7. Drive a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience for all new hires, including designing onboarding journeys specifically for campus hires.

8. Utilize TA analytics and reporting to gain insights and make data-driven decisions, leveraging various TA systems to connect with the bigger picture and drive the overall strategy.

9. Manage TA costs within the allocated budget and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, including recruitment vendors, professional associations, and job boards.

Person Specification:

- MBA in HR from a Tier-1/2 institute or equivalent.

- Minimum of 10 years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in Sales MNC organizations.

- At least 4 years in a TA leadership role, driving recruitment and campus strategy, establishing systems and processes, and leading a team.

- Proficiency in new-age TA technologies, with experience in implementing TA technologies being a differentiating factor.
