This role has principal reporting to the HR Head. The role has to interact extensively with Business Heads, HR Heads and the Management Committee (Function Heads) across BUs - We are looking for 10+ yrs of work experience in Recruitment - Must be go getter & Should have good network in Petrochemicals / Oil & Gas / Fertilizers Accountability: - Requisition Management - Understanding manpower plans for various business units - Assessing manpower requirement and design recruitment plan based on criticality of positions, recruitment budget and identified skill gaps - Understanding manpower requisitions for positions identified in the manpower plans and raised by concerned hiring managers - Developing job descriptions for all positions to be staffed - Sourcing - Sourcing candidates internally through internal job positing and external through job portals and recruitment partners as the case may be - Screening the resumes and conducting the first round of assessment to shortlist candidates - Sharing shortlisted profiles with hiring managers and organizing interviews and/or coordinating with local HR teams, as the case may be. Coordinating with the candidates and interviewers throughout the interview process to ensure smooth completion. - Conducting references checks for selected candidates - Proactively building an extensive data base of external talent pipeline for all key positions across business units - Releasing Offers - Preparing compensation offers for selected candidates, rolling them out and closing them - Ensuring all pre joining formalities are completed smoothly and selected candidate is onboard as per agreed TAT - Managing Recruitment Partners - Ensure service agreements are in place for all empanelled partners - Evaluate recruitment partners performance and take decisions on empanelment - Identify and develop new partners in various international locations to source local candidates as and when required - Onboarding - Design induction plans for all new joiners in discussion with local HR teams, line manager and others as per requirement and ensure implementation thereof - Ensure communication of key people processes and policies to all new joiners - Ensure regular connect with new joiners in the initial period to facilitate effective onboarding - Employer Branding - Create a campus hiring strategy based on the business needs and hiring plans for various locations - Identify target campuses and initiate and maintain positive relations with them - Build the business brand on the campuses through communication and maintaining relations - Ensure a well-organized campus recruitment drive for smooth recruitment - Design effective trainee induction programs and ensure proper implementation throughout the traineeship period
