Head - Talent Acquisition - OEM (14-18 yrs)
One of the leading OEM company of the country is looking for a seasoned professional in Talent Acquisition.
- Good experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Should be managing a team of recruiters.
- Experience in Vendor Management.
- Providing training to recruiters, as necessary.
- Preparing job descriptions based on the requirements analysis with Business Heads.
- Sourcing candidates through various sources for cost effective hiring
- Screening/ shortlisting CVs, conducting F2F, Telephonic ,online interviews, fundamental analysis and short listing of the candidates.
- Facilitate the interview process with the respective line managers & leadership team.
- Salary fitment, negotiation, Offer roll-outs and onboarding.
- Generate MIS and reports as per requirements
- Stakeholder Management.
- South Indian Male candidates reqd.
